New Bye-Laws adopted by Westmeath Co. Co.

New Bye-Laws in relating to Waste Management (storage, presentation, segreation and collection of household waste) were adopted by Westmeath Co. Co. on Monday 25th May 2009 and became effective from 1st July 2009. The Bye-Laws (section 8, para d) state that: "Where the approved waste container is a wheeled bin no extra waste shall be presented outside of the wheeled bin"
